Team Lead .NET Backend Developer

We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a Team Lead .NET Backend Developer. This role is permanent position based in Zürich or Fribourg Canton depending on candidate preference.

Your Role:

• Lead & manage an international Product Development team of six engineers.
• Develop backend solutions for a high traffic platform.
• Create & implement applications using microservices running on AWS.
• Ensure platform performance & stability.
• Build & run services.
• Continuously develop the team toward an agile & effective way of working.
• Optimize & modernize existing solutions.

Your Skills:

• At least 5 years of professional Software Development experience; predominantly Backend focused.
• Some experienced in Leading a Software Development Team.
• Strong expertise & experience in C# & ASP.NET & Framework.
• Experienced in implementing restful APIs with .NET Core.
• Skilled & experienced in Relational Databases & NoSQL.
• Very accustomed to working in Agile Environments including Scrum.

Your Profile:

• Completed Computer Science University Degree.
• Open, positive, flexible, resilient, solution-oriented & a team player.
• Enthusiastic to inspire others to achieve great results.
• Fluent English (spoken & written), German is considered a big plus.
