System Verification Specialist (Medical Device Sector)

We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for an System Verification Specialist (Medical Device Sector). The role is a permanent position based in Bern Canton & comes with good home office allowance.

Your Role:

• Coordinate responsible verification employees from other areas such as HW, eSW development, eSW testing & external service providers.
• Plan Design Verification activities at project level.
• Develop, validate, improve & introduce verification methods, processes & tools.
• Lead the build up of test automation solutions, including the required documentation framework & evidence definitions.
• Define test strategy for the systems / sub-systems under verification.
• Carry out system & sub-system level verification tasks with focus on content testing & test methodology evaluation.
• Manage risk regarding product verification.
• Define test environments.
• Work in coordination with test engineers & integrators to ensure the readiness of verification environments.

Your Skills:

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in System Verification.
• Skilled & experienced in Testing Products & Testing Software.
• Experienced in Highly Regulated Industries (MedTech, Aviation, Defense, Semiconductor, Rail Transport etc.…).
• Further specialized in Electrical Engineering, Micro System Engineering, Medical Engineering, Software Engineering or similar.
• Experienced in Project Management, Resource Allocation & Test Planning.
• Ideally experience in IoT Development / Testing.

Your Profile:

• Completed relevant Engineering / Science University Degree.
• CAS in Testing and / or ISTQB Certifications are considered advantageous.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written), any German language skills are considered a plus.
