Job Description
We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a Software Requirements Engineer (Software). The role is permanent position based in Zürich Canton with good home office allowance.
Your role:
• Play a major role in shaping a strategic software platform as part of a digital growth strategy.
• Work within a dynamic software team.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, a UI/UX team & cooperation partners.
• Shape processes & toolchains to significantly improve Requirements Engineering practices.
• Maintain close collaboration with customers & all internal customer-facing roles to really understand how company products are used to create the maximum customer value.
• Structure & prioritize Requirements effectively to ensure that Engineers can carry out the implementation.
Your Skills:
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Requirements Engineering.
• A background & experience in Software Development, C#/.NET & WPF.
• Experienced in one or several other Frameworks such as ASP.NET or on Web Front-end Frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js or Blazor.
• Accustomed to Developing Complex Systems consisting of Hardware, Electronics & Software.
• Experienced in Certification & Approval Processes.
• Skilled in Phase Models & Agile working Methods & tools.
• Any experience in Azure DevOps & Container & Orchestration Platforms is considered a plus.
Your Profile:
• Completed University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar.
• Reliable, self-motivated, team-oriented & good communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, creative, flexible & customer-focused.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written), German language skills are considered a plus.
