Linux System Engineer

We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a Linux System Engineer. This role is a full-time employed position based in Zürich Canton.

Your role:

• Develop & expand a constantly growing cluster infrastructure.
• Maintain & service Linux Servers.
• Find solutions for complex problems.
• Support customers with reliable & modern IT infrastructure services.

Your Skills & Profile:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Linux Systems Engineering.
• Strong expertise in maintaining & operating Linux systems (ideally including Debian).
• A good knowledge of the LAMP stack, DNS / mail server & monitoring.

Your Profile:

• Completed Systems Technician Apprenticeship or Computer Science University Degree.
• Dynamic, reliable & responsible.
• A quick learner & highly interested in new technologies & techniques.
• Fluent in German & English (spoken & written).
