Job Description
We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for an IT Helpdesk Supporter. This role is permanent position based in Zurich & comes with good home office allowance.
Your Role:
• Carry out Incident & Service request management with Freshservice.
• Partake in Software Administration: O365, Azure, Gitlab, Confluence, Jira, Slack, Duo, Solidworks, etc.
• Undertake tasks in the areas of Asset Management (SnipeIT, Manage Engine) & Hardware (mainly Apple & Lenovo).
Your Skills & Experience:
• At least 2 years of professional experience in IT Support
• Experienced or further educated in most of the following areas:
O365, Microsoft Messaging, Identity Access Management.
Active Directory Management using Windows PowerShell.
Cisco CCNA for Ubiquity WIFI and Cisco ASA.
Gitlab.
Atlassian Managing Jira Projects for Datacenters.
Your Profile:
• Complete IT Apprenticeship or equivalent.
• A quick learner with a good technical ability.
• Analytical, strong problem-solving skills & a customer-focused approach.
• Fluent English (spoken & written), German is considered a plus.
