Job Description
We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for an ICT Application Lead Engineer (German Speaking). This role is permanent position based in Zürich Canton & comes with good home office allowance.
Your Role:
• Lead & develop an ICT Application Engineering team of 7 employees (from both professional & personnel perspective) that is responsible for the development, integration & operation of web & business applications.
• Ensure that the team guarantees the lifecycle of the software assets & takes care of customer, security & architecture requirements.
• Proactively drive the strategic development of applications & products & ensure the associated lifecycle.
• Coordinate & support projects & requirements (together with the team) that are collected by the department, ICT architecture & ICT security.
Your Skills:
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience the area of ICT Application Engineering.
• Extensive experience in Web Development, Cloud Technologies, SaaS & Microsoft products such as Azure, Power Platform or Entra.
• Skilled & experienced in Leading Teams.
Your Profile:
• Completed University Degree in the area of Computer Science, Business Informatics or similar.
• Confident & persuasive with strong social & communication skills.
• Fluent in English & very good German language skills (to at least B2 Level) are mandatory requirements.
