Job Description
We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for an Embedded C/C++ Software Developer (Medical Devices). The role is a permanent position based in Bern Canton with good home office allowance.
Your Role:
• Carry out Software specification, analysis, design, implementation, verification & documentation of Class C medical devices according to IEC 62304 standards.
• Collaborate within interdisciplinary project teams (electronics, mechanics, app development & systems engineering).
• Partake in risk & safety assessments.
Your Skills:
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Embedded Software Development including experience in both C & C++.
• Skilled in developing Secure & Hardware-Related Software.
• Ideally experienced within the Medical Device Industry or other Highly Regulated Sectors.
Your Profile:
• Completed University Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Micro or Medical Technology or similar.
• Open, communicative & a team player.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written), German language skills are considered a plus.
