Job Description
We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a Business / IT Project Manager. The role is a permanent position based in Solothurn Canton.
Your Role:
• Carry out Project Management for the implementation of new business processes & their functions in different IT systems.
• Partake in requirements engineering activities.
• Optimize business processes according to business principles.
• Translate of business & process requirements into the appropriate IT solutions.
• Coordinate, monitor & control project processes & their execution by the project team in accordance with project goals, costs, deadlines & quality.
• Ensure efficient decision-making & documentation.
• Represent projects internally & externally; ensuring the flow of information & project marketing.
• Comply with ITIL processes & legal requirements (GMP according to 21CFR Part 11, GDPR, etc.).
• Create process specifications & test plans & implement necessary tests or software validations in cooperation with relevant departments.
• Create & interpret reports & key figures.
Your Skills:
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Project & Process Management.
• Sound experience within SAP environments.
• Completed relevant University Degree.
• Ideally further trained in Technical or Business Management.
• High initiative, resilient & strong communication skills.
• Fluent English & very good German language skills are mandatory.
