Job Description
We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a Platform Product Manager (80 - 100%). This role is a permanent position based in Zürich Canton.

Your role:

• Establish & expand a fully automated platform for the sale of retirement solutions (pension investments) based on the currently used existing platforms.
• Cooperate closely with the pension investments team.
• Tackle complex & cross-departmental challenges encountered when solutions are developed & implemented.
• Act as an interface to the Agile development team within Product Management.
• Undertake comprehensive interdisciplinary management of implementation projects.
• Carry out regional & functional project management.

Your Skills:

• Many years of experience in various areas within the insurance & financial industry or in management consulting.
• Skilled in performing complex qualitative & quantitative analysis.
• Knowledge in the area of insurance & investment products is preferable.
• Ideally experienced with agile frameworks, for example; SCRUM.

Your Profile:

• University level education in business administration or engineering
• Additional training in the financial sector (such as CFA or AZEK) is considered advantageous.
• Highly motivated, committed, resilient & team-orientated.
• Flexible, self-driven & entrepreneurial personality.
• Fluent German & English (spoken & written), French is considered a plus.
