We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a IT Helpdesk Supporter. This role is permanent position based in Zürich Canton.
• Hold responsibility for receiving & processing questions & incident reports from employees.
• Carry out 1st level support & escalate to 2nd level support if necessary.
• Keep track of open cases & manage them according to clear priorities.
• Conscientiously manage the software & hardware inventory.
Your Skills & Profile:
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Completed a training as a computer specialist in business information technology.
• Good MS Office & Windows knowledge.
• Open, communicative, confident & able to take enjoyment from interacting with people.
• Adaptable, organized, reliable, highly motivated & a team-player.
• Innovative & always eager to continuously learn & further develop.
• Skilled at remaining calm & keeps track even in hectic situations.
• Native German speaker & fluent French is required.
