We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for their team leader SAP ABAP Development. This role is a permanent position based in Bern Canton.

Salary Indication
140 000 - 150 000 CHF bruto annual
Requirements
Your Profile:
• Completed training in computer sciences
• Several years of experience as a team leader / project leader in SAP development in a large organization
• Several years of development experience in the ERP environment of a large industrial company, with a focus on SAP development tools and experience in the management of technically oriented projects
• Experience as a SAP system architect and in-depth knowledge of the SAP environment and technology
• Ability to lead a team, to motivate it and to support it in achieving the goals
• Very good command of German, French & English

Responsibilities
Your role:
• Management of the SAP development team in the SAP Competence Center
• Further development of the SAP system architecture
• Management or participation in technically oriented projects in the SAP environment (EHP 8, SolMan, etc.)
• Development of functional extensions based on the requirements of the user organization and the STO organization in accordance with the Company standards for SAP development
• Objective setting, support and training for the employees in the SAP development team
• Coordination and monitoring of externally awarded development contracts with third-party companies
• Selection of suitable tools for developing functions outside of SAP ERP
• Management of the SAP development team in the SAP Competence Center
